Recognizing that the discipline of marketing research has become increasingly borderless, as 2010 chair of CASRO (Council of Survey Research Organizations) Kevin spearheaded the formation of the Americas Research Industry Alliance. Today, ARIA represents more than 500 research organizations and consultants in 11 countries throughout North and South America, all committed to promoting common ethical and quality standards regardless of origin. Kevin followed that effort by supporting the formation of the Global Research Business Network, the largest research business network in the world. GRBN represents over 40 national insights associations and 3500 research agencies across the globe.
